The murder capitol, where our President resides, our senators and our congressmen. The notorious district filled with oilers, robbers, dealers and dope fiends. To the law abiding citizen, crime does not pay; this is not the case with criminals. This story follows numerous characters on a ferocious collision course. In a world full of drugs, violence and death, these individuals are both respected and feared by the criminal underworld, the government and the police force. Everyone is working toward their ultimate goal of money, power, respect and influence. But, at the height of their careers a pending RICO case comes crashing down causing the focal point of their lives to become unknowingly threatened. In the District of Chaos, a world full of ups and downs, betrayals and double crossings, who will reign?
